Svitlana Anatoliyivna Tymoshevska, private entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor), respects the right of each Client to privacy and undertakes to protect personal data provided while using the website https://tymoshevska.com/ or as part of the provision of services for the implementation of the Odoo ERP system.

1. General conditions


1.1. This Privacy Policy is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, as well as taking into account the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for users from the European Union.

1.2. The use of the website and services of the Contractor is possible only after familiarization with this Policy.

1.3. By sending any feedback forms, messages or registering for a consultation, the Client confirms that he/she has read this Policy and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data.

1.4. The processing of personal data includes actions for the collection, storage, use, transfer, destruction and other actions, both automated and without the use of automatic means.

Personal data is processed by the Contractor on the basis of:

  • Request the correction or deletion of personal data;

  • Contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court in case of rights violations.

The Service Provider reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. The current version is published on the website. Continued use of the site signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
